Please read and understand this terms of service agreement carefully before proceeding.
By opting to use our services, you agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

Appointment & Scheduling

Bike Frenzie operates strictly by appointment only.

All booking times provided are estimates. Actual service duration may vary depending on the condition of the motorcycle.

We do not guarantee exact start or completion times when accepting bookings.

Whilst every effort will be made to meet the scheduled arrival window, unforeseen circumstances (including traffic, weather, staffing, or equipment issues) may cause delays without voiding our cancellation policy.

Bike Frenzie reserves the right to alter, move, or cancel a booking due to staffing levels, weather conditions, or equipment failure.

Bike Frenzie reserves the right to use independent contractors and may change the assigned detailer without prior notice or penalty.

Deposits, Payments & Cancellations

Bike Frenzie reserves the right to require a deposit for all bookings.

Deposits are strictly non-refundable.

We accept debit/credit cards, PayNow/PayLah, or bank transfers to secure bookings.

Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the deposit. While we will attempt to rebook the cancelled slot, the deposit will be forfeited if the slot remains unfilled.

Bike Frenzie requires a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for appointment postponements.

A maximum of two postponements is allowed per booking, including postponements due to bad weather.

If it is raining 45 minutes before your appointment, you may request a postponement (subject to the two-postponement limit).

No cancellations are allowed for service packages requiring two (2) hours or more.

If a customer is more than 15 minutes late, Bike Frenzie reserves the right to cancel the appointment and forfeit the deposit.

Payment is due immediately upon completion of service. Failure or refusal to pay voids all service guarantees.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must remove all personal belongings, money, and valuables from the motorcycle prior to detailing.

Bike Frenzie is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings (including the vehicle being served) left on or with the motorcycle, or at the location of service.

Customers must ensure the motorcycle is located in a lawful and safe service area. Any concerns should be communicated to the technician before service begins.

All motorcycles are cleaned at the customer’s own risk and must be able to withstand standard detailing processes.
-
Failure to disclose pre-existing conditions at the time of booking—including but not limited to heavy stains, foul odours, biological waste, mold, mildew, chemical spills, or hazardous materials—voids the service guarantee.

All orders are subject to verification of service location, selected package, and motorcycle condition. Bike Frenzie reserves the right to amend or cancel bookings if the provided information is inaccurate or incomplete.

Liability & Risk

Bike Frenzie and its vendors accept no liability for discharged batteries during or after service. Customers are responsible for ensuring all lights and electronics (e.g. interior lights, headlights, running lights) are switched off before service.

Bike Frenzie accepts no liability for damage caused by pre-existing defects, wear and tear, or undisclosed conditions.

Services not authorised by Bike Frenzie are performed at the customer’s own risk.

Service Scope & Refusal of Service

Only services included in the confirmed booking and authorised add-ons are covered.

Requests beyond the booked package may be refused or charged additionally.

Bike Frenzie reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its sole discretion.

Bike Frenzie maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward verbal or physical abuse of staff and may cancel services immediately if such behaviour occurs.

Certain motorcycle conditions may require additional services beyond the originally booked package. Additional charges may apply and will be communicated prior to proceeding.

Bike Frenzie is not obligated to perform any services beyond the original package or agreed estimate unless explicitly authorised.

Service Guarantee, Redos & Refunds

If there is clear evidence of incomplete service or poor workmanship, Bike Frenzie will, at its discretion, redo or refund the affected portion of the service.

Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of service completion via WhatsApp.
-
Clear photographs of the affected area must be sent to WhatsApp (9182 4390) within 24 hours of filing a claim.

Any cleaning or repairs performed by the customer or third parties without authorisation from Bike Frenzie will void the service guarantee.

Declining recommended additional services may invalidate the service guarantee.

Any redo services, partial refunds, or discounts are strictly at the discretion of Bike Frenzie.

Warranties (Hydrophobic Coating)
-
Hydrophobic warranty is valid only for motorcycles coated by Bike Frenzie.
-
The warranty does not cover stains, scratches, swirls, dents, or accidental or non-accidental damage.

The warranty is void if the motorcycle is serviced or treated by another company.
-
Bike Frenzie reserves the right to void any warranty at its discretion.

Memberships & Discounts

Frenzie membership discounts apply strictly to registered Frenzie members only and are non-transferable.​
